Payments Giant Ingenico Names New Executive Leadership Following €150 Million Capital Investment

French payment acceptance leader Ingenico has announced significant appointments to its executive leadership team to accelerate product innovation and drive cloud platform expansion. The company named Maria Parpou, formerly head of Mastercard's global gateway business, as Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Paul Gardiner, former executive at NCR Atleos, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Alongside them, Ieuan Owen joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Oliver Moore as Chief Customer Excellence Officer (CXO), strengthening key operational capabilities across the global payments business. These C-suite appointments follow Ingenico's recent capital structure reset, anchored by a €150 million ($174 million) equity investment from a global investor group led by PIMCO. Under Chief Executive Officer Floris de Kort, who took charge to steer the firm's turnaround, Ingenico is deploying the fresh capital into next-generation in-person transaction hardware, such as its AXIUM Android smart terminals, and the Ingenico 360 cloud management platform. By bringing in veteran technology and commercial leaders, Ingenico aims to streamline merchant estate management and expand unified commerce capabilities for acquiring banks, retailers, and ISVs worldwide.
