Bengaluru Startup Ultrahuman Raises $70 Million to Expand Health Intelligence Platform and Edge-AI Hardware

Bengaluru-based health intelligence and wearable technology startup Ultrahuman has announced the completion of a $70 million financing round, comprising $65 million in primary equity and $5 million in debt. The investment round was led by corporate venture capital firm Qualcomm Ventures alongside Labcorp, with participation from existing investors including Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Alteria Capital. The latest funding round values the health technology company at approximately $365 million. Founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, Ultrahuman is widely recognized for its flagship smart ring, as well as integrated health monitoring solutions such as continuous glucose monitoring, blood biomarker tracking, and metabolic analytics. The company intends to deploy the newly raised capital to scale research and development in miniaturised electronics, health algorithms, and edge-artificial intelligence. Through its collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Ultrahuman plans to integrate advanced microchip architecture directly into its wearable devices, enabling real-time, on-device AI execution without relying on cloud processing or smartphone connectivity. In addition to hardware and software innovations, Ultrahuman aims to accelerate its global commercial presence, expanding retail and clinical partnerships across key markets including India, the United Arab Emirates, and North America. The startup is targeting an annual revenue run rate of $200 million as it transitions from a hardware maker into an integrated body-computer health intelligence platform.
