Bengaluru AI Startup Ringg AI Secures $10 Million Funding Led by Peak XV Partners

Bengaluru-headquartered artificial intelligence startup Ringg AI has raised $10 million in an extension to its Series A funding round, led by venture capital firm Peak XV Partners. Existing investors Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B also participated in the funding. This new capital follows an earlier $5.5 million tranche raised in early 2026, bringing the startup's total Series A funding to $15.5 million. Founded in late 2023 by former Flipkart and Groww executives Siddharth Shankar Tripathi, Kali Charan Vemuru, and Utkarsh Shukla, the firm specializes in building multi-channel conversational AI agents. Unlike basic automated chatbots, Ringg AI’s technology combines voice, WhatsApp, and browser-native agents that operate across a unified context graph. This allows enterprise systems to remember past user interactions, rules, and workflows, enabling smooth cross-channel customer management. The system automates complex backend tasks such as lead qualification, customer onboarding, dispute resolution, loan collections, and subscription renewals. Currently, the platform processes millions of interaction attempts monthly for high-profile clients including Flipkart, CRED, Policybazaar, Groww, and Practo. The fresh investment will be directed toward advancing the company's proprietary speech models, refining context-graph infrastructure, and broadening its deployment tools. Additionally, Ringg AI plans to scale its enterprise sales presence across India, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. As Indian enterprises rapidly adopt autonomous AI tools to handle customer communications, Bengaluru continues to solidify its reputation as a global hub for deep-tech innovation and enterprise AI development.
